I love the Sandalwood and Musk scent. This beard oil does just what it said for me. Literally just a dime's worth and it covers my beard, and I use it on my moustache as well. I comb it in after I massage it in, but its best to have a beard that is slightly damp with a washcloth using as hot as you can stand water. For me it enhanced the softening.How ever you choose to use it, I can say that it works for me. The scent is not overpowering, just enough that you and those who are close to you will notice.You get a 1 ounce bottle, but with the small amount you use, it will last a while.Currently priced at $20.99, when you think about the amount you use, it's not a bad price at all...

This is a good quality beard oil that leaves your beard soft and smooth. It's great for the skin as well, keeping it from drying out and flaking. I rub a little bit into the corners where my nose meets my face to stop flaking there too.The included dropper cap makes it very easy to control the amount of oil that you want to use. Other brands use a plastic cap with a small hole so that you can shake the product into your palm which does not work as well.The first whiff of the bottles contents reveals a sweet (not very masculine) aroma. Perhaps they were a little heavy-handed on the musk. It certainly overpowers the sandalwood. I was worried that the product was going to be a bit too "perfumey", but the scent is not as strong outside of the bottle, and most of the "sweetness" dissipates as you work it into your beard. In the end you're left with only a hint of musk.

I am a bit of a beard product aficionado. I have used dozens of small batch companies, as well as many of the store and Amazon brands. This particular beard oil is right down the middle average. The oil has a very thin viscosity. The carrier blend is decent and absorbs very quickly. There is very little scent if any. I can smell the carrier oils more than anything else. This would be a decent option if you don't want your beard oil to interfere with other colognes or body sprays. With that being said, I can't see justifying $21 an ounce on such an unremarkable product. Especially when there are so many small batch companies making incredible beard products for the same price or less in many cases. I would say this compares with other USA made brands found on Amazon. If they cut the price in half I think it would be a fair value. I'm not knocking it by any means. I just think that they should align their prices with the current market which is saturated with average products and has a very large selection of high quality beard products to choose from at comparable prices.Ingredients:Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Apricot Kernel Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Grape Seed Oil, "Scented with premium grade oils". (I assume fragrance oils)Overall, this beard oil does absorb well and leaves my beard feeling soft for several hours. The scent is nothing more than carrier oils with the afterthought of some woodsy notes for about an hour.
