Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages RAZOR MD is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at INFO@RAZORMD.COM within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to make it right.
